COVID-19 CLINIC POLICIES

West Michigan Street Vet Clinic is aware of the ongoing concerns surrounding COVID-19. As healthcare professionals, we are taking every precaution to ensure that our clients and staff are kept as safe as possible to avoid the spread of this virus within our community. IF you are ill or experiencing ANY symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the clinic

At this time, masks are optional. However, if you are experiencing any sickness, we ask that you do not come into the clinic until you are feeling well, if you are coughing in the lobby or in a room, you will be asked to wear a mask (if you do not have one, we have them available for $1 cash). Failure to comply or becoming belligerent with our staff about policy will result in us not seeing your pet or you as well in the future. Please be respectful of our team and clients if they choose to still wear a mask as we want to keep everyone safe. We are still capping the number of clients allowed in the building at any time to less than 8, so there is typically always a line outside.  Everyone is asked to wait in their vehicles after checking in and for check out. Once you are called into a room, you have 5 minutes to get into the room before being skipped. Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk, and a handwashing station will be available upon request. We do not have a public restroom available for client use.

We also request that if you are in need of prescription refills, you provide at least 72 hours notice by phone, email, or text. We will advise you when your medications are ready for pickup, and can provide curbside service upon request.
